EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
Oualie Beach Resort is seeking to hire a full-time accounting clerk.
REQUIREMENTS:

• ​Applicants should have a diploma or associate’s degree in accounting or business management and/or a minimum of 5 passes at CXC, including Math and English.
• The successful candidate will undergo on the job training and shall be incentivised to advance their education over time through online courses.

CHEF REQUIRED

LOCATION: Oualie Beach Resort
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
TERMS: On contract
REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook (4 years preferrable).
• Culinary qualification or relevant certificate would be seen as an asset.
• Up-to-date Knowledge of cooking and recipes • Hands on experience with various kitchen equipment.
• Must be versatile in the kitchen.
• Familiarity with sanitary regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in menu planning, costing and cost sales ratio, inventory, writing recipes, management of supplies and food preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment and get food out on time, consistently cooked and properly presented.
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as a restaurant dishwasher preferred but not mandatory.
• Be able to assist with food prep.
• Hands on experience with various kitchen equipment.
• The ability to keep kitchen utensils and the kitchen clean.
• Familiarity with sanitary regulations.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment, be able to perform daily assigned tasks and have good communication skills.
• Assist in restocking of kitchen supplies.
• Active and energetic and able to stand for long periods.
