Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served under white raftered ceilings in the open-air restaurant and bar that faces the beach. The menu offers freshly prepared local and international dishes with an emphasis on local seafood and produce; in keeping with their eco theme, Oualie promotes a "farm & sea to plate” philosophy. Deliveries of fresh fish are made right to the resort dock and the restaurant works with local farmers to supplement the menu with fresh fruit and vegetables. The resort also features live musical entertainment, including open mic nights.
