About the Instructor![]() Your instructor, Amanda Parr, started her yoga journey in 1999 and has been teaching in diverse locations around the globe since 2005.
As both a Yoga instructor and a professional Scuba Diving instructor (PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer), it is only natural Amanda recognizes a profound relationship between Yoga and Diving. Since 2014 she has been developing a unique fusion between the two and is the author of the PADI Yoga Diver Distinctive Specialty Course, where divers learn how to use Yoga to enhance focus, relaxation, buoyancy, air consumption, and a sense of oneness with the underwater world.
![]() Thai Yoga Massage is a fusion of traditional Thai Massage and assisted Yoga postures. The massage is practiced on a mat and you remain clothed. The practitioner guides you into easeful postures and uses thumbs, palms, arms, elbows, knees, and feet to gently apply pressure, stretch, and massage the body tissues and energetic channels. This relieves muscular tension and balances the body/mind by encouraging good circulation of the vital energy. It's like doing Yoga, but without the effort!
