Welcome Our New Head Chef !

Oualie Beach Resort announces the return of chef Ricky Finch. He brings with him expertise from having worked at Cuisine Art Resort in Anguilla on an educational exchange while at Oualie.  He has experience from several other establishments around Nevis as well . He begins his new position as Head Chef as of O1 October 2022. We look forward to working closely with Ricky as he and the staff work to elevate the already delicious and varied cuisine offered at Oualie Beach Resort. Welcome, Ricky!
